How it works:
- How it Works:
- Think of it like a golf club, there are rules and fees to keep it running smoothly while you get full access to luxury, well-maintained facilities.
- The Residents Clubhouse is managed and maintained by Everland Communities, ensuring a seamless experience for all residents.
- Full household access is provided to all clubhouse facilities, with secure entry via a fob gate.
- Residents can invite guests to use most facilities, with larger bookings available for special events like childrens birthday parties.
- An annual fee of $1,200 per lot applies, covering 400 residential lots and 250 Over 55’s lifestyle community homes. This fee ensures the upkeep and smooth running of the clubhouse.
- The clubhouse facilities will be built in phases, adapting spaces to meet community needs from the start. This ensures an early build of community spirit while avoiding delays in using facilities like the pool.
- Phase 1 includes a 25-metre heated pool, outdoor sundecks, tennis courts/ multi-courts, smaller gym, mothers’ room, and a small function room. Construction will begin once the 200th residential lot is settled.
- Fees begin only when Phase 1 of the clubhouse is accessible. Fees commence upon settlement, ensuring you only pay when you can fully enjoy the clubhouse facilities.
- No strata or committee meetings—just unlimited access to resort facilities for the entire family and guests.
Your pool on a summer’s arvo.
Margaret River is a coastal town, but it’s a little drive to the beach. If you fancy a quick dip, just walk to the Residents Clubhouse 25m heated lap pool and kids splash zone. Not far to go for swimming lessons, making your kids strong swimmers for life.
Enjoy BBQ facilities, sun lounges and landscaped open space for you, family, and friends to enjoy a summer’s afternoon.
Tennis or gym?
Having full access to two multi-sport courts and a fully-equipped gym is just one way to get involved in the healthy, active community.
Celebrate in style.
Host your own party in the clubhouse event space with access to the kitchen facilities to cater for a bigger crowd. If it’s a work gathering, no problem, make use of the work hub, meeting space, or casual event space available.
Gardening together.
With access to the community gardens, orchard and animal farm, there’s plenty of reasons to get outdoors. The space provides a great opportunity for grandparents and kids to spend quality time growing together.
