The Vision

The Vision

True to its name, Arbour Margaret River is all about trees — embracing the iconic beauty of the South West in every part of the community. Every detail of this estate has been carefully planned with input from a team of experts ensuring the landscape reflects both local character and environmental sustainability.

Before Boranup Forest became a National Park, seeds from its majestic trees were carefully sourced. Soon, these trees will line the grand entry avenue and weave through the estate bringing the unmistakable Down South feel to every corner. There are more than 7,500 being planted in Stage 1 alone.

Includes cafe, 25m heated pool with kids splash zone, tennis/multi-sport courts, function hall, fully-equipped gym, and much more.

The community’s signature trees will line the grand entry avenue, bringing the down-south charm to life. Partnering with Tranen Revegetation, Arbour ensures rapid growth and a healthy canopy. Curved roads and natural streetscapes enhance the unique character while promoting sustainability.

Beyond nature, Arbour offers a multi-million dollar Residents Clubhouse. Unlike any land estate in Western Australia, Arbour will include a 25-metre heated pool and kids splash zone, sun lounges, a 24-hour fully-equipped gym, tennis/basketball courts, plus spaces to host community gatherings and your own celebrations.

Residents will also enjoy community gardens, an orchard, and an animal farm, all fostering connection with nature and each other. It’s a lifestyle designed for active, sustainable living in the heart of Margaret River. This is the ultimate tree-change community.
